Abstract
A new interleave filter (IF) is proposed based on a transversal form optical filter. The filter was fabricated on a silica-based planar lightwave circuit (PLC) and it was demonstrated that the proposed filter functions extremely well as an interleave filter with a dispersionless characteristic
