Abstract :
This is an update on the paper published under the same title in the Transactions on Electrical Insulation, Vol. 25, pp. 3-16, 1990, by the same author. That issue celebrated the 25th year of publication of this journal. The current update shows the Tables of the DEIS officers and an extended Table of the DEIS Awards.
