Abstract :
Image restoration is an ill-posed inverse problem, which has introduced the regularisation method to suppress over-amplification. However, the regularisation causes the reblurring problem and does not eliminate ringing artefacts effectively. A directional regularisation approach is proposed to reduce the reblurring problem and the ringing artefacts in iterative image restoration
