    The singularly perturbed linear system A(\\epsilon)\\dot{x}+B(\\epsilon)x=f(\\epsilon, t) is studied. The matrix A(\\epsilon) is allowed to be singular not only for \\epsilon=0 , but for \\epsilon > 0 .
