Abstract :
Rosenbrock´s theorem is used to give a clear and efficient solution to the (discrete-time) minimum time state regulator problem. It is shown that the optimal feedback gain can be naturally computed using already existing algorithms. A further result related to Rosenbrock´s theorem is also given.
