Because, in each case, work has developed in the course of time to link together procedures which were originally separate, it is clear that intregrated data processing becomes more realisable. Payrolls have become truly by-product of scheduling procedures; products stock control leads to an ¿automatic¿ sales analysis and to certain automatics sales accounting procedures. In short, the overall problem should be considered; the major areas signposted and a strat made on getting to grips with these major procedures individually. It is worthwhile and is on the road to integration.
