Abstract :
IN opening the discussion, Mr. D. I. Gray said that he would like to ask a question that had been puzzling him throughout the evening. Mr. Jacobson had given "a very clear indication of the production methods used for the manufacture of men\´s suits, which included a considerable number of variables, making the problems of manufacture complicated and difficult. All suits, however, apparently went through very similar production processes. Bearing in mind, therefore, that the price range of the suits manufactured in the Burton factories was a very wide one, did it mean that the only difference between these suits was in their material content?
