  • Abstract
    The original Paper appears in IEEE Transactions on Power Apparatus and Systems, January/ February 1977, Volume PAS-96, Number 2, pages 38 to 43. It covered the forecasting work done from June to December 1973, as part of the strategic planning process for Canadian General Electric´s Power Generation Business. The forecast covered the period 1973 to 2000 and included all hydraulic turbines and generators, fossil and nuclear turbine-generators, and gas turbine-generators, that were expected to be installed in Canada, by year, in this time frame.
