Abstract :
A new type of twist polariser that has a frequency selective property is investigated. The polariser consists of two sheets of photoetched dipole array FSSs (frequency selective surfaces), spaced about one-quarter wavelength apart. Such a polariser reflects waves at the desired frequency band in the usual manner, but lets the other frequency waves pass through.
