Parameter evaluation of adapter from banana plugs to coaxial connector at MHz frequencies

This work describes a regression method for determining, to a good approximation, the parameters of an adapter from banana plugs to a coaxial connector from a measurement of the input admittance of one of two identical adapters separated by a set of Lecher lines of different lengths. The method has been experimentally proved.
