Abstract :
Analytical expressions for the potential function and the eigen equation, which can be used in the calculation of the electric field and the potential distribution near edges of the layered insulating bodies of electronic devices, are presented. The edge is supposed to have a complex structure where many anisotropic dielectric materials come into contact with each other.
