Abstract :
The need for accurate interpolation is increasing in a number of digital signal processing areas. The Letter describes a novel approach to interpolation using the FFT, by which high accuracy interpolation can be achieved. Comparison with the accuracies of the standard FFT interpolation scheme shows more than a 20 dB improvement in the results.
