Abstract :
The necessary minimal prior knowledge of a system in order to implement adaptive model matching and prove global stability is discussed. Some results concerning the degrees of interactor matrix entries are given. It is shown that the bounds on the degrees of the interactor off-diagonal terms given by M. Das (J. Dynam. Sust. Measurement Contr., vol.108, p.151-153, 1986) are the best possible ones
