Abstract :
A free-fall interferometer has been developed to search for the suggested fifth force. With this interferometer, the acceleration difference between two objects which freely fall together with a sensitivity of a few μGals (1 Gal=0.01 m/s2) can be measured. The design of the optical interferometer, the data analysis, and the performance of the system are discussed
