Abstract :
Enterprise engineering is defined as the body of knowledge, principles, and practices having to do with the analysis, design, implementation, and operation of an enterprise. The professional community must create a commonly recognized body of knowledge before enterprise engineering can become a recognized engineering discipline. The body of knowledge for enterprise engineering is evolving under such titles as enterprise engineering, business engineering, and enterprise architecture.
