Abstract
A general state-space model for nonlinear parameter-varying digital two-dimensional (2-D) systems is proposed. Sufficient conditions for system stability are given. Presented theorem can be considered as a generalization of the Lyapunov stability theorem for one-dimensional nonlinear systems. Given results can be useful in stability analysis for systems described by 2-D models
