Abstract :
A filtering procedure for computed tomography is formulated. It is derived from the general regularization theory and contains an adjustable regularization parameter. The latter can be found selfconsistently and corresponds to a given noise level. The method is illustrated by applying it to the reconstruction of phantoms in computer experiments.
