Abstract :
A simple method of multiplexing intensity sensors in a fibre-optic network has been demonstrated using the autocorrelation property of pseudorandom sequences. An experimental network consisting of three demonstration sensors has been assembled. Measurements show that signals from different sensors can be suppressed by about 30 dB using a 255 bit code
