  • Abstract
    A procedure for decomposition and control design of linear discrete regulators with fast and slow modes is presented. The composite and reduced-order controls are formulated in a standard form and upper bounds on their performance are derived. An eighth-order power model is worked out to demonstrate the analytical development.
