Success story of a lecture tour [Chapter News]

A grand lecture tour by Dr. Ajit Chattopadhyay, IEEE Fellow and past Distinguished Lecturer of the IEEE Industry Applications Society (IAS), was arranged by the collaborative efforts of the IAS Chapters/Sections in Peru, Chile, and Brazil and supported by IAS Chapters and Membership Department. A technical workshop, panel discussions, and a laboratory tour in Chile added another dimension to this lecture tour. Congratulations to Region 9members, Chapter chairs, area chair, and participating universities for the highly successful program. The highlights of this program, given below, reflect their efforts and coordination, which resulted in the success of the program, arrangements, and logistics.
