Abstract :
A fast TDC has been developed for a polarization experiment at LASL using a flash A/D converter to digitize the time information. The TDC operates on a time interval in the region of 0-5 ns producing an output in one of 16 bins. The 16 time bins are logically OR´ed into 8 channels, which may be used as components of a trigger. The system resets itself and may be operated at rates to 15 Mc. Preliminary experimental results will be included.
