  • Abstract
    A system supplier´s approach to software implementation and maintenance is explained and proposed for use by Utilities in the plant environment. An understanding of plant monitor software implementation details and periodic software value assessments are prescribed as being necessary to maximize system life. The manufacture´s, system supplier´s, and project application software are discussed relative to their reuse on a replacement project.
