Abstract
Analytic solutions are obtained for quasi-static source region EMP with electron dominated air conductivity, ion dominated conductivity, and an intermediate situation. Comparisons are made with previous analyses and with lightning observations on the Mike shot. The gross features of the lightning are not inconsistent with the EMP theory.
