  • Abstract
    This paper covers the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers´ efforts to identify potential sites at which additional or new hydroelectric generating capacity could be developed. It also traces past development of hydroelectric generation by the Corps up to present day installations of turbines and generators using slant-axis technology at specific Corps projects.
