Abstract
This paper presents an analysis of the Class-E ZVS rectifier using a common-grounded multistep controlled Shunt Capacitor (CSC). The Class-E ZVS rectifier using a common-grounded multistep CSC can regulate the output voltage by changing the shunt capacitance. The voltage over the diode and shunt capacitor in the conventional Class-E ZVS rectifier is shared by the series connected capacitors. In this paper, the Class-E ZVS rectifier using a common-grounded multistep CSC is analyzed, simulated, and experimented. Especially, the power conversion efficiency is discussed in detail.
