  • Abstract
    An AC-bias-type magnetoresistive (MR) sensor which uses a ferromagnetic thin film is proposed to improve offset voltage and hysteresis. It was experimentally confirmed that an MR sensor with an applied AC bias magnetic field can generate an AC output proportional to the external magnetic field (DC magnetic field) which is independent of offset voltage and hysteresis
