Abstract :
Time domain, and frequency domain absolute stability criteria are examined as special cases of a general Lpapproach which leads to a simple constant-gain loci interpretation of the classical circle criterion. Incremental nonlinearity bounds are invoked for the generalization of the asymptotic stability criteria to arbitrary equilibria and multivariable system versions of these criteria are also given.
