Abstract
A new cooperation scheme through interference amplification is introduced. The interference amplification scheme improves the performance of the interference-suffering communication pair by creating a more desirable interference spectrum at the intended receiver and letting the corresponding transmitter do water-filling. The results show that this cooperation scheme gives significant gains especially when the interference is strong
