Title :
Failing to Communicate in an Educational Environment

Abstract :
Electronic communication tools can be empowering. They allow almost anyone to communicate easily with other groups or individuals, they are reasonably inexpensive--or even free--and they encourage traditional non-communicators to communicate. On the other hand, modern communication tools also allow people to carelessly share their opinions and thoughts and can be contradictory to the very objectives educators have for students.
