Abstract
If the advent of the Internet took networked communications global, then the transformational technologies that have become synonymous with the `Web 2.0´ trend promise to humanise this now pervasive virtual world of information exchange. Web 2.0-based technologies now promise to empower computer end-users to customize their user experience more effectively than ever before, and share information in more efficient and collaborative way. Web 2.0-based technologies are expected to have a significant impact on a broad range of traditional enterprises. Postive business model change should result in unexpected ways, and enterprises must prepare for this transition
