Abstract
Anritsu Company introduces new options for its MS271xB series that take advantage of the economy microwave spectrum analyzers´ best-in-class phase noise of -110 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset (typical, 800 MHz) and make it easier to integrate the instruments into legacy manufacturing environments. The MS271xB series has been designed to accurately measure the performance of wireless broadband components and devices, increase production yields, and lower the cost of production test.
