Abstract
Describes the theoretical analysis of oscillation modes produced in a relaxation oscillation SQUID (ROS). It is made clear what kind of oscillation modes are produced in ROS in relation to circuit parameters of the SQUID from the viewpoint of relaxation oscillation. Emphasis is placed on mapping of oscillation modes to design the ROS. Furthermore, the effect of mutual inductance between the load impedance and SQUID to the oscillation frequency is analyzed.<>
