Abstract
The results of computer simulations of the analog audio magnetic recording process are compared with experimental MOL and SOL electroacoustic data. As an example, it is shown that the improved performances of Co-ferrite pigments compared to Co-γ-Fe2O3 can be predicted by the model. It is concluded that the comparison of experimental electroacoustic data with results of computations proves that the proposed model offers an aid in the development of improved magnetic pigments and tapes
