  • Abstract
    A DC-coupled broadband amplifier concept called automatic-bias-control is realised. A two-stage amplifier using a GaAs MESFET is built up in a hybrid-integrated circuit with a gain-bandwidth product of 40 GHz and a rise-time of 28 ps.
