  • Abstract
    An integrated-optic encoder/decoder with a spread factor of 48 has been fabricated for time-spreading/wavelength-hopping optical CDMA (the largest number reported for this CDMA). A 2.5 Gbit/s transmission, with plural users using the devices, has been carried out.
