  • Abstract
    New modes guided by an aluminum superconducting film deposited on a SrTiO/sub 3/ dielectric have been observed in the 100 MHz-1 GHz frequency range. Such modes have been understood as a propagating plasma modes of the superconducting electrons. We present impedance measurements which indicate plasma modes resonances. An equivalent electrical circuit is proposed in order to simulate the frequency dependent impedance of our sample.<>
