Abstract :
The high energy beam transport (HEBT) for the 45 MeV proton LINAC is described. Design objectives of an isotope production line and a beam dump line are discussed. Design criteria, beam degrading effects, misalignment, second order and higher effects are described, and preliminary test results are shown.
