Resolution of X ray microscopy by hologram

It is shown that, in the more recent forms of holography, the diameter of the reference point replaces the diameter of the source as a limit on the resolution. Unless a new way is found of reducing the diameter, previous estimates of the resolution (5000 Ã…, say) still apply.
