Abstract
Resonant frequencies at strong and weak static magnetic fields of even and odd modes are predicted and observed in a cylindrical metallic cavity containing two ferrite disk resonators separated by a thin circular center conductor. A rigorous electromagnetic analysis, more realistic than a magnetic wall approximation, using low-cost computation, describes the fundamental modes as well as higher order modes. It is therefore a useful tool for the computer-aided design of stripline ferrite disk resonators of the sort used in circulators
