Abstract :
The d.c. behaviour of the negative-impedance circuit, including temperature effects, is explained. The frequency behaviour is shown by means of an equivalent circuit. Linearity as a function of the frequency and the direct current is given in graphical form. This negative-impedance circuit is shown to be preferable in many respects to existing ones. Frequency-selective filter-amplifier circuits are described.
