Abstract
A procedure for calculating the signal delay in integrated interconnections modeled by RC networks is presented. This method is based on the elimination of all the internal nodes of the RC network, using a first-order approximation. The method is valid for calculating the approximate transient response of RC mesh networks, not only for a step input, but also for inputs of many different waveforms
