Growing-wave phenomenon due to collision coupling in a warm compressible dissipative electron plasma in uniform motion

This letter shows that there is a single solution to a conventional linear model of an electron plasma (with a specific set of plasma conditions satisfied) which predicts a growing space-charge wave due to collision coupling, but that this solution does not represent energy conversion.
