Simple method of measuring output drift, with particular reference to identification techniques using chain codes

The letter describes a technique by which the parameters of a very low-frequency drift disturbance present at the output of a system may be calculated. These parameters are required so that an accurate estimate of the impulse-response function of the system may be obtained through the use of a chain code as the perturbating input signal.
