Abstract :
In a solid-state microwave diode switch, the diode requires a relatively low voltage and high current in the forward direction and a relatively high voltage and low current in the reverse direction with rapid switching between these two states. A high-speed transitor circuit suitable for driving S-band diode digital phase shifters for a phased array antenna is described in this correspondence.
