Abstract :
Four-phase MOS switching circuits lend themselves readily to utilization on large-scale integrated arrays and possess many attractive and practical features. A model for transient analysis is presented. The evaluation and analysis of a generalized four-phase MOS gate which can implement a complex logic function are discussed.
