Abstract :
The wave separation model, a lossless multiconductor transmission line model, is presented and is shown to be an accurate, efficient model for analysis of high-frequency inter-chip electrical interconnects. The details of implementation as well as a description of the algorithm are discussed. The wave separation model is compared to the distributed-lumped model, and results from a number of simulation cases are presented
