Abstract :
The problem of finding net delay bounds for all the nets of VLSI circuits is formulated. A polynomial-time algorithm, IMP, is presented to solve this problem efficiently. Some basic properties of this algorithm are investigated, and proofs are provided. A modification of this algorithm to further improve its time efficiency, is also proposed. Applications of net delay bound algorithm are provided
