Abstract
Gamma-ray spectra from silicon and germanium irradiated with high-energy heavy ions of 50 MeV boron, 100 MeV oxygen, 150 MeV chlorine, 150 MeV nickel and 80 MeV iodine were measured after the irradiated samples had been taken out from the irradiation chamber. Residual radioactive nuclides, their radioactivities and the numbers of atoms are listed.
