Abstract :
Representing the transmitter and receiver transfer functions by orthonormal expansions, a realisable (r.l.c.m.) optimum solution is specified for the transmission of a sequence of pulses through a dispersive medium with zero intersymbol interference and minimum mean-square noise interference.
