  • Abstract
    This letter comments on previous work by Fedorchenko on boundary conditions at a dielectric-plasma interface. It is indicated that the condition derived from the causality requirement is not independent and cannot be used as the third condition besides the continuity of the tangential E and Hcomponents. For the two-variable Laplace transformation, any choice of the third boundary condition will be equally acceptable.
